Samuga restaurant

Samuga Restaurant, located in the old quarter of Sant Llorenç de la Muga, is the first in our restaurants group. Open since 1989, it offers our take on homemade cooking, Catalan cuisine, and local products. 

We create seasonal menus based on what the region’s rich nature provides, and pair them with the wonderful DO Empordà wines on our list. With our experience—and our stoves—you’ll eat well and leave happy.

Sant Llorenç de la Muga is one of the best-kept secrets in l’Empordà, just 18 km from Figueres: a medieval stone-walled village with charming, picturesque corners like Torre del Moro (Moorish Tower), Parc d'en Pep's waterwheel, and the Pont Vell (Old Bridge).
