We are Grup Samuga, a group of restaurants since 1989 in Alt Empordà. We offer caterings and delicious meals with our bold and original touch, always ready to surprise you at the table. We work with quality, seasonal products, aiming to stick to the km 0 philosophy as much as possible, and pair them with the best DO Empordà wines. Our goal? To satisfy the most demanding palates.

You’ll find us in Albanyà (Agumas restaurant), Sant Llorenç de la Muga (Samuga restaurant), and La Jonquera (Andamur restaurant). Plus, with our Bistro Van and event catering service, we can come wherever you need us!

Who we are

Grup Samuga has been around since 1989, doing what we do best: cooking for you! From our humble beginnings as a small-town restaurant with our Samuga restaurant in Sant Llorenç de la Muga, we’ve grown and innovated over the years—cooking as we always have, and like never before. Our balance between flavour, tradition and originality has helped us win over more and more food lovers.

The Agumas restaurant soon joined the family; along with the Andamur restaurant and our catering services across l’Empordà and beyond. Plus, our Bistro Van (our food truck) travels around the Girona region with our catering service. You’ll also find us at Montilivi Stadium serving the official Girona FC pizzas. Som-hi Girona!

DO Empordà wine lists in all our restaurants, local and seasonal ingredients wherever we go, premium burgers to die for, official Girona FC pizzas… all this and more is our quality mark. The Grup Samuga mark!
